Acquisition -
Secure Financing and Expert Assistance to Close the Deal

Once you choose your investment property BREA will negotiate the best price for your. We'll handle everything from start to finish, including checks with a public Notary's Office, mortgage brokers, and tax advisers.

If any issues come up during the process, we'll keep you informed and work with you to find a solution.

When the mortgage offer has been finalized, we'll exchange contracts with the standard 10% down payment. Legal completion takes place at a public Notary's Office, and if you can't be there in person, we'll represent you at the signature.

Power of attorney -
Helping you navigate the spanish legal and tax system

Complying with Spanish and European law is time consuming. You will need a Spanish tax number and have to sign before a Public Notary an anti-money laundering declaration in addition to the final signing of the property deeds or purchase document. We will undertake all on your behalf upon completion of a Power of Attorney if you so desire.

We can represent you at the legal close of the property purchase if you cannot be in the country.

Refurbishment & Design-
Making the most out of your property

Once contracts have been exchanged and we have received your instructions, our team will expertly create a customized and competitively-priced plan for refurbishment, refitting, design and furnishing. We will provide you with a fixed-price quote for your review.

Upon receiving your approval, work will commence promptly. A typical project may take approximately 12 weeks to complete, however for larger projects, the timeline may be longer. Our quotes will clearly indicate the estimated completion time.

If you are purchasing the property to rent, our talented interior design team will be ready to furnish and showcase the property to potential tenants upon completion.
